DIRECT

By selecting Direct you will be transferred to a SECURE Form into which you may place your payment & shipping information. Shortly after you submit that information for processing you will receive a reply via your e-mail account confirming that your order has been received. Within 2 hours after that you will normally receive a second e-mail confirming that your order has been approved and will be shipped within 24 hours!

E-MAIL

Please note that you will need to have and be somewhat familiar with using an email client capable of encryption (Eudora Pro, Outlook Express et cetera) before you will be able to take advantage of this very secure method of ordering products. If you can take advantage of this option, then by selecting E-mail you will be provided with some basic instructions, our public key and an e-form that you may encrypt using OUR public key and sign using YOUR private key once you have filled in your shipping and payment information. The resulting document will be extremely secure and ready to be e-mailed to our shipping department!

MAIL

By selecting Mail you will be provided with a form to fill in and print out using your web browser, complete with an address label at the bottom which you may use to send payment via your cheque or money order (made out to R.K. Dougan & Associates).

PHONE

By selecting Phone you will be transferred to a page with information to facilitate ordering by telephone using our direct order line at 1-877-912-5400 in Alberta, Canada.

Our site is monitored from 6 am to 11 pm MST daily. And very soon the confirmation and approval process will be automatic 24 hours a day, limited only by the speed of your InterNet service!

Shipping Options!

Of course you also have options for shipping. Each of the above methods allows you to choose whether you wish to receive your order by Courier, Transport Company, Bus (where available), or Parcel Post. If you will be receiving a large number of books there are also pricing alternatives! Shipping and handling charges are $2.50, postage is up to $5.85, depending on the destination.
