"Hi. We'd like to introduce ourselves. We are industrial psychologists, authors and parents. We have collaborated on both College Smarts^®, and Career Smarts^®, using our combined professional and personal experiences. Both of us are keenly interested in post-secondary education, and are directors of The Career Institute of Calgary, where we provide Career Planning services to students and adults in mid-career.

We live in Calgary, Alberta and have seven children.
